尹韵雅Yin Yin Yunya (1990, Sichun, China) is an artist and writer based in China. She graduated from the Beijing Film Academy and the University of the Arts London with a degree in photography. Her recent research and practice is about the in-depth investigation of the rational level of images and the emotional language of different materials. By considering materials as the medium of "language", she connects the spirituality of different materials with the strong and complex questions we face today, trying to create a kind of situation to form a approach of interpretation. Her conceptual works often based on the experience of the presen combine art and literature, material research and philosophy,dramatically suggest the inter-impact of worlds in flux upon our lives and psyches.Her works are often considered reflective and poetic. Yunya Yin has exhibited internationally, and widely participation in residency.
